Born from the Idea that Parents are in need of help and don't know where to turn. In today's world everyone is so wrapped up in survival mode that our youth suffer. After several suicides here in Mountain Home Idaho with Kids under the age of 25 and reports of bullying, the need to Bridge the Gap between City Government and Educational institutions arose. I spoke to Mountain Home's District 193 Superintendent James Gilbert just after the death of yet another child's death by suicide. And just weeks before that was another. Parent's frustration was beyond imagination. Mr. Gilbert opened his door for EVERYONE, and no one came. WHY? I and another concerned parent met with Mr. Gilbert and found that parents simply rarely ever come in over matters like these. Together we searched for answers, and we still are. What was discovered is parents are ashamed, infuriated and grieving with no direction to turn.
With no one to ask the questions:
What did we do get here?
Why did it happen?
Whose fault is this?
What do we do about this?

What is apparent, we need to rebuild a sense of community that has no judgement.
Positive encouragement is essential during the toughest times in life. We are the bridge builders, connecting those we trust to guide our children—not only in school but also in the community. With the support of city leadership, we can create social programs and educational life skills that benefit everyone.
As parents and neighbors reconnect socially, much like we did before COVID-19 and the rise of electronics, we must focus on nurturing hope. Giving back to our community is vital, especially when we face significant losses.
